  I drove 30 minutes to this store after wasting hours at other stores in my area who seem to have difficulty keeping track of their inventory. One particular store actually had me pay the invoice and wasted an hour of my time before acknowledging they had no stock. This digital age in some cases has created a huge disconnect in terms of customers service so I really appreciate it when I receive good service. The Markham Rona associate, as one would expect without having to ask, went to look for the product and then confirmed with me over the phone that the quantity of product I required was in fact physically in the store. My transaction at this store was hassle free and well worth the drive.

  Honestly a very relaxed environment, you don't feel pressured to buy. Employees will sell you the right product, not the most expensive, and even though sometimes they are hard to find, any employee would be happy to bring someone over who knows the information best suited to help you, or try to help you themselves. Only con, but I can't complain, sometimes they don't know what they are talking about, but it's rare and far between
