  The people in the dealership are nice and welcoming. They are respectful. They are also fun loving, too- I was asked to hit a gong as hard as I can when my deal was finalized. Janice helped me get my new car. I have to give her an A+ overall, especially for: 1. Showing high level of professionalism and courtesy 2. Making my preferred deal happen 3. Most important of all, she was always prompt with communicating That being said, the reason why I gave 4 stars is because I was expecting a prompt delivery and my experience with the person who did the finance papers wasnt that great.
