Extra after-sell service, EXCELLENT WARRANTY I bought a t430s in march 2016. The laptop was in perfect condition even though it said grade "A" (which meant scratches). I was gladly impressed. In october 2016, 3 keys stopped working and the charger broke. After 1 e-mail they sent me a replacement keyboard and charger without fees. They answer fast and the delivered the replacement products in no time even though they are in Toronto and I am in Montreal. Really fast answering Not lying about their warranties
