Submitted an order a week ago on 06-Sep-2017 but the order is still processing. The order is not a massive one which complicated to fulfill. Requested an update through the website on 14-Sep-2017. No update yet. Replied the Order email to the store and got bounced back email. After 3 weeks, I called the store last Friday on 29-Sep-2017 and they said the order was ready for pickup. The refurbished part I got was working as expected. Changed the rating to 3 stars. Minus 1 star for not updating their website for your order status and minus 1 star for not reply customer email. In other thoughts, I`ll still purchase refurbished parts from the CTS eStore in future. And I`ll suggest people to call them to check your web order status but not waste your time to wait.
