  Bought my first car here with the help of Jonathan Park (make sure you ask for him if you plan on getting a car here!!!). He was very helpful and we went through everything that I asked in terms of what I wanted. We decided on an Elantra and he made the entire process super easy and recommended the best options for me. Overall, their service was wonderful, they went through everything, including all of minor details to helping me customize my car the way I liked it. There was no sign of being rushed or anything like that, the process was extremely smooth and very informative. Picking up the car, I was introduced to the service department and of course, the beautiful presentation of my car. Thanks again to everyone at DVN Hyundai and Jonathan!

  The sales employee was very nice and understanding. My father can be blunt and has an interesting sense of humour. The sales associate had patience and was joking back with my dad. Great guy. Spent about 30-45 minutes with us. Then, to negotiate price, the manager was called in. No smile and showing us attitude right off the bat. He gave off such a rude demeanour that I didn't even want to stay in his presence. We left within 10 seconds of meeting him.

  Had a serious intermittent engine problem. The staff was able to find the issue and make the necessary repairs. They kept me informed of progress and even provided a loaner car during the repair period. Very satisfied with the service.
