  I agree with the previous posters that the delivery guys for this store are fantastic: funny, thorough, hard working. Unfortunately there's more to a company than just the delivery abd install team. Our problem stems from in store...Ok selection of office furniture but if you expect any semblance of honesty or customer service in store you are mistaken. The owner is really hard to talk to from the selection process to point of sale and after. He promised the chair we bought early August would be ready end of August. It wasn't. He kept giving dates of when it'd be ready for pickup. I went by when he said it'd be ready to find out it hadn't arrived. I finally got it the second week of September. Store opens at 10 AM but no one arrived until 10:20! If you are going in to this store, do so with low expectations on customer service and communication.

  This company takes customer service to another level I have not seen before! They came and installed my desk and after I had slight concern with my drawer. He came personally and took a look and adjusted accordingly. I am super happy with this company and I want everyone to read this and do business with them because they sure know how to run a business and treat people with respect. I was referred to them and now I see why (did I mention their prices are awesome?!). Thanks guys - I'm now a loyal customer.
