They have dropped the ball recently. The green onion fried dough lacked green onion. The fried dumpling was only friend on one side and soft and steamed on the other. The pork intestine picked up the flavour of the preserved vegetables nicely but the intestines were a bit too soft for my preference. The pork rib noodle soup was average.
