  Go with the biggest ! Was debating between the large and jumbo square. Mississauga only had the large, so went out to Markham to try the jumbo and decided to go with it. So glad we did, it looks much smaller in the yard then the showroom. I thought the guys brought the wrong trampoline, I even measured it after it was installed to make sure. The installers said lots of people tell them they should of gone bigger once they see it up. The Mississauga location installed it for $100. Service was excellent, product is excellent. Happy with our purchase and kids have been jumping ever since.

  Bought the basketball accessory on special on the website for 1/2 price. Springfree contacted me a week later and advised transaction was placed on hold and advised me that my credit card company put transaction on hold. Sales rep told me to contact my credit card company. My credit company told me online transaction was approved and was not responsible for the delay. Called Springfree again and advised them their internal processes was the issue not my credit card company. Please be up front with customer before wasting their time and worst telling customer it was an issue with their credit card vs. your internal processes that caused the issue. You want to lose future business - Springfree, you are doing a great job.
