  Hit or miss with the staff there. When it's not busy they're usually pretty good with helping you out but when it's busy? Be prepared to be treated much worst, especially if you're not buying a lot or spending a lot of money. It's sad that they equate their service to you based on the dollar value you're spending. Cashiers are again hit and miss. Some are amazing others can literally ignore you and carry on full conversations with other staff OVER your head while you're paying.

  I went today and got my free holiday makeup thing, and I decided to do eyebrows. The women who did them was named Jaeden and she was super nice! She was very professional and she explained every step. I definitely recommend going to this sephora and looking for Jaeden and getting your brows done by her. Very talented! (Dec 26)
