  If i could give a 0 star, I would. I have a corporate plan with Rogers and as soon as the sales representatives knew they are not going to get commissions off a corporate plan, they started ignoring me and being rude. This is not what customer service is about. Rogers really need to train their representatives how to serve customers.

  I received surprisingly fantastic customer service at this Rogers store. I see that other people had bad experiences, but I think it depends on the staff. I went into the store over the weekend when all the major phone companies have the 10GB for $60 deal. My girlfriend and I went in together, and the lady who was helping me out was working fast and efficiently while providing us with the necessary help and information we needed. My phone plan transfer went very smoothly, while my girlfriend had a bit of a problem because her phone is locked to Rogers. The lady told us to call Rogers and unlock the phone and then give her a call before the deal is over and she will have it done for us. Unfortunately, during the deal period, Rogers phone line was extremely jammed, and my girlfriend couldn't get a hold of anyone. When we thought all hope is lost, my girlfriend told me she received a phone call from the lady, and she informed my girlfriend she has everything set up already and that even if she hasn't gotten her phone unlocked yet after the deal period, she will still help us get it handled. All we had to do is give her a call, and she will transfer everything over. Amazing service!
