  Bought a used car there. They promised to fix a bunch of stuffs within the week so I can have the car by the weekend for my road trip. They could not make it, so I had to pick the car up and came back later to have the car fixed. The day I came back to pick it up the second time, the car was not detailed as promised, and there was a new dent on the door. I asked the used car manager and he blamed a Ford dealership for that. He did not even show his apology or willingness to correct this issue. At that point, I was really fed up and just wanted to take the car so I don't have to go back there again. In brief, if you really want to buy a car from here, make sure everything is done before picking up the car no matter what they promise you. Otherwise, you will get into trouble. Update: Just saw the owner's response below but nobody has ever contacted me to resolve this. I guess it's just another lie to cover them up

  Worst service centre. Booked an appointment for first service of my car. Booking was made online. Went there even an hour and more earlier than appointment. Representative in service centre told me that all of their technicians had left already even tough their service timing was till 03:00 pm. I had also got an email and SMS for appointment scheduled that I showed to her, but she said she had no idea about it. Very disgusting and disappointed. I had to go to other service centre where they had same service hours for that day but they welcomed and treated very nicely and in respectful manner. I never had such bad experience in a service centre before.
