  Great experience with Jim at Markham Subaru. He went beyond and above my expectations, especially in communication from the day I came into the dealer to the day I got my WRX (and even after the delivery of my car). He also provided well thought out input and insights on what car/extras will best suite my needs. Overall he's a very genuine and transparent on his suggestions, and very fun to talk with too!

  Not the best dealership - but they answer their phone. I bought my outback from these folks. Absolutely lacking in customer service - sales guy threatened me - ill explain, gave in my trade-in and picked up my new outback, he didn't ask for my ownership and I totally forgot about it. He called like 3 hours later and started threatening me that they wont honor the deal unless i brought it back right away. Everything worked out at the end but sheeeesh...talk about customer service.
