  Kitty Song Feb.28, 2018 My wife wanted to purchase a used Lexus RX350 SUV and trade in old car. Ms. Kitty Song accepted us. She just used about 30 minutes to show what cars we expected with her professional knowledge and skills. We chose one car and drove on road test. We liked it and pointed a few problems. She requested an auto mechanic to check. The mechanic said they would fix the problems. Finally, we decided to get that one. Succeedingly, Ms. Kitty Song reported our requirements to the sales manager, financial manager and service manager, and helped us to phone our insurance company, etc. I went to pick up the car on next day. Ms. Kitty Song told me about warranty and service of the car in details. She taught me how to use new functions of the car. Also she let me check it and drive road test again. All in all, we were very appreciating her perfect advices and best services. She deserves a reward of five stars.
