The staff must learn how to greet people properly and stop behaving like robots :) also it would be more appealing if they stop posting the photos of shop lifters at the entrance let Police deal with them. It's quite ugly. Someone can feel like a thief if you face looks similar or from same ethnic group. However good electronics store. They have the advantage of non existent Future shop and Tiger Direct.
